Are they the same as bowfishing? Trash fish only?? TECHNICALLY it's not a bow so I could see how some people might want to argue it in court if they were caught shooting salmon or striper or somthing with one.

same rules as bowfishing.... since it is designed to shoot an arrow and has moveable limbs it is concidered a bow
