Alright you smart people. Tell me what the amp draw of a 30 watt LED light would be? Is it as simple as watts divided by volts? Trying to figure out what lights I should use. To be honest, the more I read the difficult the decision.

You got it. I always figure a little higher, because of inefficiencies. But with low amp lights like those there won't be any measurable amount...especially with LEDs.

Thanks for your responses. upsouth811, I am glad you would not waste my money on less-than-acceptable lights, however, which seelite would you recommend and why would you recommend that particular light.

b/c most people who end up with the others end upgrading to seelites....they have a variety of lights to fit your preference. Anyone i know personally with them has used something else then quickly switched to them. Plus they back there products up and if you have an issue they will still be there.

I run Customfitz, nothing wrong with their good light, good coverage, good price, his service stinks, been looking at the SEElites & the American Air Boats lights. After this season over I'll be replacing mine with either one of those I mentioned.

theirs nothing wrong with Customfitz lights their quite nice and served me well, especially the Cree lights, his service stinks, and I've received about 10 pm's on another site that members \ customers were quite unhappy with SEElites customer service too. I'm all about service, if I'm paying my hard earn money for a product I expect bad service. I've gotten good replies on American Air Boats new lights, and been checking around with other companies. My Customfitz (2) 40W's & (8) 27W's work quite well, especially when I tinted the lights light yellow to reduce the glare. I reconmended 3 close friends both had horrible service & experiences with Chad. Plus he's made many promises to me about his products and never came threw with any of them. I dont like liars or dishonest folks. I want to deal with a company that is service oriented. My company in the outdoor industry is just that more for the customer than the all mighty buck. Granted you can not make all customers happy, Lord knows I've tryed, most businesses will go to great lengths to solve their problems or issues. But their "is" that small marjin that will not and their only for the buck & nothing more, those are the ones I am not wanting to do business with. I am NOT saying SEELites is that.......or conduct business that way again I received many pm's on their service.

I was recently screwed over by a heating & air contractor, new commerical A\C unit 8 ton unit for my shop\business, had nothing but problems ever since they installed this unit (3yrs) I've been dealing with this guy,. I knew he was not telling me the truth.....I had another AC guy come out, they tested the unit and come to find out the original guy that install this ac unit basteradized it by charging the unit with the wrong coolant. The unit is uselss now, I've filed for legal actions against him ,I'm out $8,000.00 right now not counting the charges the other AC business charged me for the test which I incured into the money I want returned.

Now when I get that many pm's from past or present customers from SEELite & their gripes are the same I cant help from being very leary.
