I bought a hoyt charger a few months ago to use for deer hunting. Ive recently gotten the itch to start bow fishing and am considering fitting the ams combo kit from bass pro to it. What are your thoughts on this?

Will I need a new rest as well? I have a whisker biscuit on it now.

There is a pse nova on Craigslist for $60. Its just the compound bow. Im going to call around to pawn shops to see what's available.

That's the one thing that scares me about buying a used bow. From what I've been told the damage done to the limbs isn't always visable.
