Finding water deep enough in Saginaw Bay might be a problem. Walking around with a pair of yard boots and a club might be the only way to go in 2013.

The DNR is supposed to do an emergency dredging of all the DNR launches along the bay. Hopefully that's not a rumor and they get it done soon. I live right by the sag river though so I have easy bay access.
