I have checked out several builds and decided on this but the credit goes to good friends that knew what they were doing.
The toughest part was coming up with the material, most of it was scrap.
Next comes 12, 50 watt LED's

Looks extremely stable. How heavy is it?

I'm not sure on the weight but two people can carry it and put it on the rails without any problem my guess is 120 to 130, the flooring material was the heaviest part.
It measures 5" 6' across the front, 5" 2' deep and like 7" wide across the back.
