I managed to sneak away yesterday and go BowFishing again. Too bad nobody was there to enjoy it with me. I was very pleased with my shooting. Ended up with 325lbs of fish! Biggest fish of the day was the first one I shot and was the only carp I saw. It weighed 23lb 7oz.

Give them away. There's a guy I deal with that will take any fish I don't want, hogs I catch, or deer parts I don't use. They're probably having a big party right now!

I thought about trying to eat one but I've hear they are a PITA to clean and prepare properly and still don't taste the greatest.

SW Alabama. All but a few of the fish had laid out and were coming off the bed. Most of the fish will head back out into the main river in the next week or so.
