Well are there spots you can launch a boat from that will produce carp yet?

I would say no. But there could be depending on wind. Saginaw river and kawkalin river have some open areas but aren't boatable yet. We need one more good warm up then we should be good to go.

My wife use to watch the weather for hours a day? A few yeas back she just sort of stopped. I personally next to never check the forecast. Just look out the window and make my best guess from there.

I'll check it on occasion if I'm planning something just to get an idea what I'm up against. But don't count in it. Especially in MI.

Just got 2 inches of snow last night. No break in the weather for a while.
There are still guys out ice fishing for walleye. Gonna be a while yet.
