My first probaly most important question is how to properly tie the line onto the arrow? I just bought two Cajun stingaree tournament arrows from cabelas

Tie it through the slide with a slip knot. Easy as pie.

What kind of rest and reel do you have. I would get safety slides

I have a AMS wave rest and a Zebco Bowfisher 808 Reel 05. The arrows have the orange safety slide thing so do I just tie it on?
