I just purchased a Minnkota 101# 36v trolling motor. I need a charger and help figuring out what will work best for me. I think that a charger that work off the outboard would be the best. Here are some link to Minnkota charges. Some are 170-350 and look to basically do the same thing so I know I must be missing something.

The only differents is the AMPS one is 10amps per bank the other is 15amps per bank. 10 amp 3 banks total of 30 amps 15 amp total of 45 amp.

You can charge your batteries with 10 amp are you connect all 3 banks to one battery and charge it with 30 amps. Same goes for the other.

I have the k 3 DC.

My buddy just bought the 101 riptide. Well more like he stole it. 1200 msrp found it priced for 629 at academy sports. It was the only one left, and had a small smudge on it, so he got another 10% off. Walled out with a 1300 motor for less than 600 bucks.

Might try your local academy to see if they ran the same price as in Florida.

I ended up buying this one because I can use a longer extension cord with no problems with amp draw.

MK 330D (3 bank)

3 bank x 10 amps for a total of 30 amps total output.
