Mocrawler if u do decide to give a spinner a try don't set the drag to high that way if u fogey to push the button I wshould still let a lil bit of line out and hopefully u wont lose an arrow. I learned that lesson the hard way. Oh and to keep everything I good working order spray it down with reel magic after every use. Good luck to ya

I lost 3 or 4 arrows before I got it. It sucks watching a $20 bill disappear into the weeds and muck.

Haha for sure. I now have the ams reel and love it. Won't ever go back to the zebco.

Ya me and my buddy rigged up a zebco 606 on his recurve bow and he shot a gar in the body and forgot to press the button and we had to follow him around the lake for like a good 10 to 15 minutes and thank God to the snag hook I got we got him and the arrow lol. It was one heck of a night haha

never done that...I bet the look on his face was pretty funny when his arrow was swimming away.

Spinner is the only way to go.

If you real up tight, your arrow will fall off the string before you can draw back. Itll remind you to push the button.

Retrievers have their purpose and i have one on my back up bow. But i wont use it unless i have to.
